Before we dive into workouts and sweating together, we’ll start with a relaxed 60-minute consultation, either over the phone or face to face (no burpees involved, I promise). This is our chance to chat about your lifestyle, any medical considerations, what you actually want from training, and what your future goals look like — realistic ones, not “live at the gym forever” goals

It also helps us figure out if we’re a good fit (because vibes matter), and from there I can create a health and fitness plan that works for you — your goals, your schedule, and your real life. No cookie-cutter plans, no unrealistic expectations… just a plan that fits into your busy world and sets you up for success
